It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jane Sage of Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, born in Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on October 6, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, William Allen Jordan and Dorothy Frances Gelder Jordan; and her husbands, Robert E. Cox, Sr. and Donald Ray Sage. She is survived by : her children, Nancy Lipsey (Spivey) of Louisville, Robert Eugene Cox, Jr. (Pam) of Frankfort and Mitzi Mann Brown (Scott) of Lawrenceburg; her grandchildren, Spivey Lipsey, III (Andrea), Alex Kinder (Andrew), Miles Cox (Ashlie), Clay Cox (Whitney), Grant Cox (Shawna), Ross Jordan Cox (Madeline), Evan Brown (Alex) and Spencer Brown (Emmie); her stepchildren, Marty Sage (Carol), Tama Marcum, Missy Collins (Cleve) of Atlanta, GA and Amy Alvey (John) of Louisville; and her sisters, Frances Beard of Sarasota, FL and Willie Clark (Steve) of Bowling Green, KY.. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, several step grandchildren and great grandchildren.
