He is survived by : his wife Tammy; his daughters, Hope Benton (Jacob) of Salvisa, Clayra Darnell of Mercer County and Shelby Jones of Mercer County; his stepdaughter Lindsey Ecklar of Danville; his grandmother Louise Darnell of Lawrenceburg; his aunt Tracy Lique (Pat Comley); his uncle Dudley Darnell (Karen) of Lawrenceburg; and his niece Whitney Darnell of Burgin. He is also survived by four grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home (701 N Main St, Lawrenceburg, KY 40342). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
