She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Quire Stephens and Everett "Steve" Stephens; her siblings, Mike Stephens, Betty Wooldridge, John L. Thurman and Jackie Moore; and her granddaughter Amanda Robinson.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Rassenfoss (Paul) of Lawrenceburg, Tina Purvis (Ricky) of Lawrenceburg, Earlene Scott Barker (Rodney) of Lawrenceburg and John Wash of Lawrenceburg; her grandchildren, Lesley Morris (David), Lisa Wash, Jo Denneman (Randy), Tabitha McCowan (Joe), Chase Wash (Angel) and Julia Wash; and her sister Patty Dyal (Bob) of Jacksonville, FL.. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
