She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Douglas "Doug" Pulliam; her parents, James W. Roach and Catherine Thompson Roach; and her brother Robert Wallace Roach. She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Lesley Potter of Louisville and Rebecca "Becky" Charlton Wilson (Greg) of Versailles; her siblings, Mary Lou Clem, Jane Sims and Coleman Roach; and her grandchildren, Ashley Charlton Probus Bolton (Troy), Brian Probus Ongioni (Paul), Jacob Wilson and Sarah Wilson Conrow (Kenny). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
