She is survived by: her husband Warren Cunningham; her sons, Brian Cunningham (Melanie) of Covington, KY and James Cunningham of Lawrenceburg, KY; and her grandchildren, Bentley Cunningham, Carson Cunningham and Alivia Cunningham.
