Shepherd (Cheryl) of Hebron, KY and Robin Middleton (Gregory) of Lawrenceburg; her grandchildren, Candace Warner (Ryan), Crystal Middleton, Brittney Franchino (Joseph), Brandyn Shepherd, Hannah Nottingham (Greg) and Jacob Shepherd (Breanna); her great grandchildren, Kyle Warner, Landon Warner, Caitlin Warner, Magnolia Franchino, Nicholas Franchino, Lorin Nottingham and Allison Nottingham; and her son Bro. Scott Shepherd (Heather) of Lawrenceburg, KY.
