He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Rae Jewell Campbell; his daughters, Adria Metcalf (Shayne) and Sarah Waters (Michael); his grandchildren, Ryan (Myrissa), Charish (Josh), Maycie, Ellana and Maverick; and his great grandchildren, Kylie, Layne, Mallory, Zander and Linda Johnson.
