She was predeceased by: her parents, James Garrett and Dorothy Purvis Pepper; her husband Calvin Eugene Maddox; her children, Michael Eugene Maddox and Anita Nichols; her siblings, Eva Inez Boston, Johnny Drew Pepper and James Garrett Pepper, Jr.; and her granddaughter Stacey Slaven.
She is survived by: her brother Edward Leon Pepper; her grandchildren, Scott Slaven, Stephanie Ponton (Dan) and Caselyn Nichols; her great grandchildren, Connor Milam and Zachary Ponton; and her caregiver Tom Boone.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Trowbridge Funeral Home - Lebanon Junction (118 E Oak St, Lebanon Junction, KY 40150). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at the Lebanon Junction City Cemetery (256-282 Main St, Lebanon Junction, KY 40150).
