He was predeceased by: his parent W. T.; his wife Helen McNeely Mullins; and his siblings, Thomas, LaRue, Mabel and Sue.
He is survived by: his children, Leon Mullins and Paula Gibson; his stepson Randall Dingess (Karen); his grandchildren, Jennifer Mullins, Julia Mullins, Brooke McCubbins and Hailey Downs; and his stepgrandsons, Joshua Dingess (Farrah) and Kevin Dingess (Julie). He is also survived by four great grandchildren, five step-great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Lebanon Junction (495 Main St, Lebanon Junction, KY 40150). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
