He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Lancaster and Sarah Bullock Lancaster. He is survived by: his sisters, Sally Isaacs, Ann Roney Borders, Mary Rose Burdette, Susan Fouts and Bennie Jo Thompson. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the St. Augustine Church (235 S Spalding Ave, Lebanon, KY 40033). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the St. Augustine Cemetery (460 N Loretto Rd, Lebanon, KY 40033).
Charles believed in community involvement and served on several boards: Farmer's National Bank, Marion Co. Industrial Foundation and Lebanon Water Works.
