He is survived by: his wife Crystal Spalding; his children, Madelynn, John and Calvin Spalding; his stepdaughter Cheyenne Mattingly; his brother Barry Spalding; and his parents-in-law, Billy and Joyce Warner. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
