He is survived by: his wife Anna Murphy Colvin of Lebanon; his sons, Michael Colvin (Whitney) of Louisville and Andrew Colvin (Caroline); his stepsons, Trent Fenwick (Katie) of St. Louis and Tyler Fenwick of Louisville; and his sister Ann Colvin Gribbins. He is also survived by six grandchildren and one step-grandchild.
