She was predeceased by : her parents, Wallace Hays and Nancy Hays; and her brother Billy Hays. She is survived by : her husband Al Spalding of Lebanon; her children, Shelly Hourigan (Stanley) of Gravel Switch and Marty Spalding (Susie) of Mooresville, NC; her siblings, Ruth Sorace (Ed), Kaye Elliott (Birbon) and Cecil Hays (Pat); and her grandchildren, Paula Weaver (Bo) of Georgia, Katie Hurt (Jason) of Glasgow, Alex, Luke Spalding of North Carolina, Brian Blanford (Ashley) and Johanna Mudd (JR) of Lebanon. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, two step-granddaughters, six step-great grandchildren.
