He is survived by: his wife Sandy Raley; his children, Ian Raley and Pamela Flowers (Joshua); his siblings, Francis Louis Raley III (Lynn), Patrick Kevin Raley (Dotty), Mary Susan Raley Stumph (Jerry) and Jean Ann Skaggs (Jim); and his grandchildren, Masen and Preston Raley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
