He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Frank Hamilton and Marie Bland Hamilton. He is survived by: his aunts, Jeanette Ray (Jimmy) of Bradenton, FL and Linda Reynolds (Jerry) of Lebanon, KY; and his cousins, Larry Hamilton of Lebanon, KY and Lawrence Hamilton (Cindy) of Lebanon, KY.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and relatives.
