She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Fred, Linda Hayden, Frank and Blanche Thomas; and her aunt Susan Carpenter.
She is survived by: her parents, Marty Thomas and Julie Thomas; her children, Andy Cox, Tommy Cox, Jase Cox and Paige Mattingly (Levi); her grandson Jaxton Mattingly; her fiancé Brian Gaddie; her brother Dylan Thomas (Brianna); her uncles, Ben Hayden (Amy) and Phillip Hayden (Lee Ann); and her nieces and nephews, Ashlynn, Addison, Case and Colt Thomas. She is also survived by cousins and other family members.
