He is survived by: his sons, Corey Lamont Smith and William Kevin Smith (Angela) of Bowling Green, Kentucky.; his siblings, Elizabeth Ann Hayden of Louisville, Bernadette Stanley (Wallace) of Bardstown, Deborah Trigg of Lebanon, Kentucky, James Louis Smith of Louisville and Mark Smith (Cassandra) of Atlanta, Georgia.; and his grandchildren, Andrea Shay Davis, Ramone Fuller, Miosha Odom, Triana Boggs, Xavius Smith and Colton Smith.
