She is survived by: her children, Mike Phillips (Gia) of Lebanon, Patrick Brady of Lebanon, Bob Lanham (Katrina) of Louisville, Joe Lanham of Alaska and Andrea Anderson (Dustin) of Indiana; her boyfriend Joe Donnie Spalding of Lebanon; her siblings, Lou Ann Thompson (Steve), Tommy Phillips (Debbie), Donnie Phillips, Ruby Veatch (Michael) and Garnett "Doc" Phillips (Kim); and her grandchildren, Aiden Phillips, Max Phillips, Bentley Brady, Lucas Anderson, Oscar Lanham and Alice Lanham. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
