He is survived by: his wife Loeta Mattingly; his daughters, Debbie Hall of Lebanon, Lisa Mattingly (Gina Cross) of Nicholasville and Becky Caldwell (George) of Calvary; his sister Bernice Lewis of Bardstown; his grandsons, Ronnie Hall (Rhonda) of Hotchkiss, CO, Dylan Caldwell (Abby) of Calvary and Austin Caldwell of Calvary; and his great grandchildren, Lane, Tinley Hall and Parker Caldwell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
