He is survived by: his mother Opal Thompson Mattingly; his sons, BJ Mattingly (Missy) of Lebanon and Brandon Mattingly of Lebanon; his grandchildren, Luke Mattingly, Brianna Mattingly and Kyleigh Mattingly; and his siblings, Rodney Mattingly (Kathy) of Lebanon, Wayne Mattingly (Ann) of Versailles, Alan Mattingly (Sandy) of Louisville, Joann Mattingly of Louisville and Kay Harmon of Bardstown.
