He was predeceased by: his mother Rhonda Faye Mattingly Wise; and his grandparents, Jim, Shirley Wise, Birtle and Flora Mattingly.
He is survived by: his father Gary Wayne Wise (Jo Ann) of Lebanon; his siblings, Katesha Gossage (Derek) of Lebanon, Tanya Nugent (Caleb) of Lebanon and Justin Davis of Stanford; and his nephews, Grayson Gossage and Wyatt Nugent. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bosley Funeral Home (246 S Proctor Knott Ave, Lebanon, KY 40033).
