Nell Green Grundy Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nell Green Grundy of Lebanon, Kentucky, born in Marion, Kentucky, who passed away on November 2, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Joe W. Green and Josephine Bowles Rinehart Green; and her siblings, Alice Abell Green Allen (Bruce Allen), Josephine Rinehart Green Smith (Danny Smith) and Marion Abell Green.

She is survived by: her children, James Caldwell Grundy IV (Michaela) and Alice Grundy Geer; her grandsons, James Caldwell Grundy V and Brooks Thomas Geer; and her siblings, Fred Bowles Green (Carol), Isabel Green Duley (Bill), Grace Rinehart Teichman (Jeb) and Nancy Green Elder (John Arthur). She is also survived by her family, friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her memory to St. Augustine School in Lebanon, KY.
