She is survived by: her children, Rodney Mattingly (Kathy) of Lexington, Wayne Mattingly (Ann) of Versailles, Alan Mattingly (Sandra) of Louisville, JoAnn Mattingly of Louisville and Kay Harmon of Bardstown. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
