She was predeceased by: her parents, William Clarence and Susie Catherine Hafley; her grandchildren, Brandon Hafley and Sarah Hafley; and her siblings, William Roger Hafley and Deborah Kaye Washburn.
She is survived by: her son William Keith Hafley; her grandchildren, Leslie Pittman (Leonard) and Lindsey Riley (Kaitlyn); her great grandchildren, Eli Pittman, Brayden Pittman and Paisley Pittman; and her sisters, Connie Smith (Bill), Pam Mattingly, Tammy Campbell and Lisa Hafley. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
