He was predeceased by: his father Abe Cutlip; his wife April Angel; and his siblings, Russ Cutlip (Martha) and Kathy Dennison. He is survived by: his children, Cathy White, Susie Boggs, Jennifer Bentley, Jason Cutlip, Sherry Kaiser, Heather Gladden, James Burlile, Bobby Joe Mull, Andrew Mull and Zack Mull; his siblings, Judy Coy (Dave), Debbie Adams (Jim), David Cutlip (Leslie) and Danny Cutlip (Lori); and his close friends, Lois and Wayne Mull. He is also survived by several step-children, grandchildren, and step-siblings.
