It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ricky Alvey of Lebanon, Kentucky, born in Marion, Kentucky, who passed away on July 16, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, John Alvin "Johnny" Alvey and Mary Kathryn Robey Shepherd; and his brother Larry Alvey. He is survived by : his sisters, Linda Cecil of Columbia and Betty Alvey Smith of New Salem. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; his many friends and caregivers.
