She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Luckett Thomas and Florence Capitola Thomas; her children, Connie Jo Wright Rakes and Charles Terry Wright; her grandson Joseph Michael Willett; and her siblings, Gilbert, Marion (Ted), Joe C., Abell, Henry L. Jr., Charles, Mary Eleanor (Infant) and Nell Thomas Carpenter.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vickie Sue Wright, Verna Jean Wright (Steve), Janice Marie Wright Gordon (Ronnie) and Kathy Ann Wright Mattingly; her brothers, James Roland Thomas and David Aloysius Thomas; and her son-in-law Bobby Rakes. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
