He was predeceased by: his parents, J. B. Owens and Mabel Dalton Owens; and his brother Donald Owens (Dual). He is survived by: his wife Linda Owens of Lebanon; his children, Laura Gaunt (Steve) of Franklin, Margaret Barker (Scott) of Bellbrook and Ronald Carter Owens II (Holly) of Lawrenceburg; his siblings, Mike Owens (Margaret) of Columbia and Margaret Harrison of LaGrange; and his grandchildren, Evan Carter Gaunt of Louisville, Neve Barker of Bellbrook, Cali Barker of Bellbrook, Ella Owens of Campbellsville and Coralee Carter Owens of Lawrenceburg. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
