He was predeceased by : his parents, John Thomas Farris and Geneva Kathryn Rodgers Farris; his former life partner Karen Farris; and his son Chaz Farris. He is survived by : his wife Sandy Farris of Lebanon; his children, Tom Farris II (Terri Ann) of Lebanon and Amy Bland of Lebanon; his grandchildren, Sheridan Farris, Amber Farris, Ann Farris, Chazity Farris, Bridgette Farris and Dominic Mosqueda; and his great grandchildren, Nolan Willett and Hayden Ruley.
