He is survived by: his children, Tommy Cox (Mary) of Campbellsville and Holly Cox of Lebanon; his brother Haskell Cox of Lebanon; his grandchildren, Brandi Johns (Matthew) and Ryan Cox (Anna); and his great grandchildren, Wade Johns, Will Johns and Charlee Cox.
