She was predeceased by: her father Cleaver Bland; her brother Dr. James Garland Bland; her nephew James Garland Bland, Jr.; her niece Maria Katherine "Kathy" Bland; and her pet Morticia.
She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Lanham (Tim); her nieces, Rebecca Bland Foster (Tim) and Nancy Anne "Annie" Bland (David Turner); her nephew David Floyd Bland; and her friend Jerry "Jack" Watson. She is also survived by two grandsons and six grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
