He is survived by: his siblings, Bobby Ray Smith, Betty Watts (Sid) and Bonnie Smith; his nephews, David Lowell Watts, Bobby Wayne Smith (Brittany) and Matthew Ryan Slone; his niece Amber Cody Hylton (Mack); his great-nephew Tristan Lee Campbell (Brandon Zane Mays); his great-niece Stesha Elizabeth Caudill (Nick); Kayce James Caudill and Elizabeth Nicole Caudill.
