She was predeceased by: her parents, James E. Edwards and Carolyn Edwards; her husband Leonard E. Mullen; and her daughter Tracey Lynn Stevenson. She is survived by: her son Blane Mullen (Angie) of Paducah; her son-in-law Chad Stevenson of Ledbetter; her siblings, Phyllis Sullivan and Mike Edwards (Karren); her grandchildren, Miranda Stweart (Zach), Jacob and Johnavann Stevenson; her great grandchildren, Sutton and Grady Stewart; and her siblings-in-law, Reda Watkins and Wally Mullen (Debbie). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
