He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Edward Watkins and Lucy McManus Watkins Baker. He is survived by: his wife Connie; his daughters, Dr. Cara Lynn Hammonds (Karl Hammonds) of Paducah and Crista Lavonne Maddux (Jonathan Maddux) of Marion; his grandchildren, Carsen Drew Hammonds, Caiden Lee Hammonds of Paducah, Catelynn Leigh Maddux and Caleigh Lanae Maddux of Marion; his brother Roger Watkins of Symsonia; his stepbrother Mike Baker of Wichita, Kansas.; his siblings-in-law, Marilyn Riley (Michael), Sheila Chittenden (Darryl) and Stan Head (Lisa) of Salem; and his stepfather William Garland Baker. He is also survived by 3 nieces and 4 nephews.
