She was predeceased by : her parents, Allen Pease and Pauline Basham Pease; her husband Willard Lee Smoot; and her siblings, Eleston "Butch" Pease and Eleanor D. Stevenson.

She is survived by : her daughters, Cindy Hogan (Buddy), Debbie Haycraft (Terry) and Jennifer Smoot (Henry Finley); her grandchildren, Nicholas Haycraft (Deanna), Leslie Haycraft (Nate Watkins), Maddy Finley, Megan Hogan and Daniel Hogan; and her great grandchildren, Aubrey Cubbage, Sawyer Haycraft, Logan Cubbage, Barrett Watkins, Danlee Hogan, Paislee Williamson, Riggs Williamson, Rebel Watkins and Cheyenne Watkins. She is also survived by her cousin.
