She was predeceased by: her parents, Estill Bratcher and Hazel Ford Bratcher; her brothers, Roy, Gene, Glenn and Larry Bratcher; and her grandson John Whitmore.

She is survived by: her husband Charles Lively; her children, Lynda Whitmore (David) of Leitchfield and Michael Lively of Louisville; her grandchildren, Blake Alvey (Beth) of Harrodsburg, Lauren Rumpel (Nick) of Georgetown, IN, Chaz Lively of Lexington and Macy Lively of Leitchfield; and her great grandchildren, Gracie, Sadie Alvey, Olivia and Lila Rumpel.
