He was predeceased by: his parents, Terry Spoonhour and Patricia Schultz Hoover. He is survived by: his wife Scarlett Spoonhour of Leitchfield; and his friends, Steve, Catherine Chambers, Tod Folds and Kjell Andrew Jensen.
