He is survived by: his wife Lois Ann Lasley Decker of Leitchfield; and his children, Teresa Ann Brown of Leitchfield, Charles Lee Decker of Leitchfield, Pamela Sue Crawford (Aaron) of Caneyville, Jason Wayne Decker and Matthew Dwayne Decker (Tiffeny) of Leitchfield. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
