She was predeceased by: her parents, Ples Sandlin and Geneva Crain Sandlin; and her pet Angel. She is survived by: her husband Charles Lindsey of Leitchfield; her children, Renee Smith (Glen) of Leitchfield, Alan Lindsey (Beth) of Munfordsville, Jeff Lindsey (Melissa Willis) of Texas and Christie Hadley of Clarkson; and her siblings, Lillie Mae Ausbon (Murrell), Roger Sandlin (Lillie), Ovie Sandlin (Diane), Wendell Sandlin and Kenny Sandlin (Mary). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dermitt Funeral Home (306 W Main St, Leitchfield, KY 42755). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
