He is survived by: his wife Frances Sipes Birch; his son Randell Birch (Donna); his grandchildren, Cara Skaggs (Brian) and Jarrod Birch (April); his great grandchildren, Addison, Ryleigh, Kenzley, Kagan Skaggs, Jackson, James and Ava Birch; his sister Alice Culpepper; and his brother-in-law Steven Sipes. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
