With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Curtis Gene Whitehead of Leitchfield, Kentucky, who passed away on August 13, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Calip Marion and Magdalene Payton Whitehead; his wife Christine Whitehead; and his former wife Wilma Whitehead of Leitchfield. He is survived by: his daughters, Cathy Palmer (Kevin) of Yeaman and Sheila Swift (Tim) of Yeaman; his grandchildren, Phillip Frank, Eric Palmer, Felicia Swift, Cody Reynolds (Breanna) and Michala Reynolds; his great grandchildren, Lauren Young, Drew, Chazea, Lucas, Jennifer, Lucy, Kade, Kylie, Keagan, Kali and Laina; his great great grandchild Lily; and his sisters-in-law, Katie Cook and Erma Dodson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
