He was predeceased by : his parents, Carlos Meredith and Wanda Elmore Meredith; the mother of his children Devon Duvall Meredith; and his wife Anna Burkhead Meredith. He is survived by : his sons, Jeremy Meredith (Erica) of Eastview and Derek Meredith (Samantha) of Jacksonville, FL; his stepsons, Jeremy Coogle (Windy) of Park City, KY and James Coogle (Meleah) of Crandall, IN; and his siblings, Darlene Cubbage (Edward) of Clarkson, KY, Wayne Meredith (Becky) of Elizabethtown, KY, Roger Meredith (Cheri) of Mt. Washington, KY, Ronnie Meredith of Anneta, Donnie Meredith (Joan) of Leitchfield and Terry Meredith (Mariah) of Anneta. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, great-nieces & great-nephews.
