He was predeceased by: his parents, Vollie "Buck" Decker and Ruby Mae Wood Decker; and his sister Joyce Scott. He is survived by: his children, Shannon Neff (Joey), Aaron Decker and Beckie Hearn (Isaac); his grandchildren, Dakota Neff and Izzy Decker; and his siblings, Kenny Day, Mary Jo Howard and Farrell Decker.
