He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin O'Neal and Nelda Jean Butler; and his stepfather Ellsworth "Lee" Howerton. He is survived by: his brother Daniel O. Butler (Wanda); his sibling's children, Alicia Sexton (Michael) and Adam Butler (Samantha); his great-nephews, Tatum and Rhett; his great-niece Coralee; his cousin Matthew Butler; and his close friends, Rachel Green, Troy and Tammy Parr. He is also survived by many special friends at the Leitchfield Animal.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Leitchfield Animal Shelter or the Grayson County Alliance Food Pantry.
