She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph McCoy and Ona Litsey McCoy; her sister Patsy L. Small; her brother-in-law Merwin Shirly Small; her brother Eugene Ralph McCoy (Gene); her sister-in-law Francis Hornback McCoy; and her former husband Robert Skaggs (Bob).
She is survived by: her nephews, Kevin Small and Eric Small.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dermitt Funeral Home (306 W Main St, Leitchfield, KY 42755). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
