She is survived by: her children, Mike Green (Sheila) of Leitchfield, Kathy Dennison of Leitchfield and Salli Meredith (Gardnar) of Munfordville; her grandchildren, Kristin Pierce (Keith), Chancellor Dennison, Shaina Gregory (Brian), Ashton Meredith and Eli Meredith; her great grandchildren, Roger, Sanning, Lena Pierce, Keegan, Wyatt, Holden Gregory and Abe Witten; her brother-in-law Kenneth Goff; and her caregiver Brenda Linder. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
