She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Shain and Ollie Cooper Shain. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth H. Goff; her children, Kenneth H. Goff II (Lisa), Thomas H. Goff (Donna), John H. Goff (Stefanie), Laura Jane Goff and Tracey Lynn Goff; her grandchildren, Caleb, Alex, Erin, Chad, Ellen, Corbyn, Carter, Kenneth III, Elizabeth, Rachel, Cooper and Keaton; her great grandchildren, Logan, Charlie, Lilly, Layne, Bennett, Chloe and Oliver; and her sister Doris Shain Green.
