He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Marion Barnard, Sr. and Virginia Lucille Broughton Barnard. He is survived by: his pet Joseph Bugs Bunny "Joe"; his siblings, Rhonda Mitchell of Clarkson and Herbert Barnard of Leitchfield; his nephews, Timothy of Leitchfield, Robert of Leitchfield, Aaron Barnard of Leitchfield and Tyler Mullins of Clarkson; and his great-nephews, Dalton Cole of Louisville, Landon Barnard of Leitchfield and Joshua Mullins of Clarkson.
