She is survived by: her children, Melinda Baum (John), Jonathon King (Bobbi), Margaret Butler (Nic), Gabriel King (Shelly), Emmanuel King and Mellonee Tilford (Daniel); and her siblings, Velzie Sandlin, Hobey Sandlin, Leland Sandlin, Gladys Whobrey, Nedra Sandlin, Marcella Ndiaye and Alain Sandlin. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren, and 29 great-grandchildren.
