He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Lindsey and Daisy Duggins Lindsey; and his brother Roger Joe Lindsey. He is survived by: his niece Morgan Elizabeth Lindsey Trask (Samuel); his nephew Christopher Stephen Lindsey; his sister-in-law Christie White Lindsey; his aunt Dorothy Gannaway; his caregivers, Kathy Stewart and Terry Mudd; and his friend Bruce Cannon.
